Antonio Aldini and Valentina Silva began in 2005, converting their home garden in Langhirano into a vineyard—less than half a biolca of land. What started as an experiment among friends has become a profession: a renovated cellar, vineyard and winemaking studies, a direction taken with method. Today, the company produces about seven thousand bottles a year of Colli di Parma DOC, made from Barbera, Bonarda, and Croatina, and offered as red, frizzante, and spumante. The choice to remain small doesn't stem from a limitation but from a preference: to control every step with their own hands, without delegating the artisanal part. This scale allows them to follow the vineyard row by row and to calibrate each version without standardizing it. The company welcomes those who wish to see this minute scale up close: a visit to Langhirano offers the chance to taste the three types of the same DOC and understand how a few grapes, in stubborn hands, are enough to build a precise identity.
