Aquila del Torre

From Povoletto, in the province of Udine, Aquila del Torre focuses its work on three Friulian denominations with a white wine vocation. The Colli Orientali del Friuli Picolit DOCG remains the cornerstone: the region's emblematic grape finds a dual expression here, dry and passito, with a minimum alcohol content of 15% indicating its density. Around this axis, the Rosazzo DOCG showcases Friulano, Sauvignon, and Pinot bianco in more immediate white wines. The third pillar looks to sweetness: the Ramandolo DOCG highlights the Verduzzo Friulano giallo, completing a journey that unites austerity and fruit.
