Assirelli Vini

At Assirelli Vini, work takes place in Dozza, a village in the Bolognese wine area where the DOCG Romagna Albana defines its territory across twenty-two municipalities in Emilia-Romagna. The winery focuses on Albana, the white grape variety that is the oenological symbol of the region, presenting it in two complementary expressions: the dry version and the passito, each with a minimum alcohol content of 12%.
