From Serdiana, in the Cagliari area, Audarya di E.P. oversees four estates distributed across Sardinia's main wine-growing regions and safeguards as many Cagliari DOCs. The Cagliari denomination brings together Malvasia, Monica, and Moscato bianco; Nasco—minimum 13.5% vol.—is also offered in liquoroso and riserva versions; Girò brings the island's historic red to the glass; finally, Nuragus extends across 191 municipalities. The name reveals the intention: Audarya comes from a Sanskrit root meaning "nobility of spirit," synthesizing the pursuit of balance between cultivation and respect for the land. Behind the labels are four generations who have interwoven contemporary viticultural practice and Sardinian identity, without sacrificing either. The estate is open for visits and tastings: a recommended stop to sample the variety of southern Sardinia in one place—from the saline whites of Nuragus to the sweet Nasco and Girò—and to gauge the broad palette of the island's grape varieties.
