In Comiso, in the Hyblaean hinterland, Avide dedicates its work to Cerasuolo di Vittoria DOCG, the island's only DOCG, born from the encounter between Nero d'Avola and Frappato. The wine rests for at least eight months before leaving the cellar, the necessary time for the drive of the first grape and the fragrance of the second to find their balance. The estate doesn't limit itself to the bottle: it welcomes guests for tastings and creates educational opportunities, including an annual grape harvest for children that transforms agricultural work into a shared moment. This openness connects the producer to the Hyblaean community and speaks of its deep roots in the territory.
