AZ. AGR. CASERE S.S.
San Stino di Livenza · Province of Venezia · Veneto
On the calcareous soils of San Stino di Livenza, Azienda Agricola Casere operates with the calm of a long-standing practice, recognizable in its method before its declarations: natural grape selection, attentive listening to climate and soil, and strict control from vineyard to bottle. The eight labels showcased within the Lison-Pramaggiore consortium are the tangible measure of this approach. The cornerstone remains two denominations of maximum guarantee with contrasting characteristics: the Lison whites, built on the Tai grape, and the Piave Malanotte reds, entrusted to Raboso Piave. Both absorb the mineral signature of northeast Veneto, a territory where continental mornings slow ripening and the cool autumn has time to refine the aromatic profile. There is no pursuit of power for its own sake, but rather the will to let exposure and season write the wine. The taut white and the longer-aged red thus become two faces of the same landscape, interpreted with the same attention to detail.
