In Santo Stefano Belbo, amidst the Cuneo hills, Anna Bosca's winery operates within the Asti DOCG, a denomination that spans fifty-one Piedmontese municipalities. The primary grape variety is Moscato bianco, complemented by the aromatic white grape varieties permitted by the regulations, serving as the raw material for a spectrum ranging from sparkling wine to traditional method and still whites. Each version adheres to the denomination's parameters: a minimum alcohol content of 11.5% and prescribed aging times, which govern its balance and definition. This production measures itself by the rules of the territory rather than by quantity, allowing the aromatic imprint of Moscato to remain the recognizable characteristic in the glass.
