Amarone della Valpolicella DOCGRecioto della Valpolicella DOCG

In San Pietro in Cariano, where Valpolicella preserves its most ancient core, Corte Lenguin cultivates ten hectares passed down through four generations. The vineyards lie between 250 and 300 meters, on calcareous-clay slopes that impart their distinctive character to the wines: it is here that `Corvina`, `Corvinone`, and `Rondinella` find the balance between ripeness and tension necessary for the two house denominations. Both are born from the drying of the grapes (`appassimento`) and prolonged aging, but they follow opposite paths. `Amarone della Valpolicella` emphasizes power and structure, with a dry profile suitable for years of cellar aging; `Recioto della Valpolicella`, on the other hand, retains the sugar of the dried grapes, remaining sweet and velvety. The Vantini family entrusts both to calibrated varietal blends, where altitude and soil composition alone support the aromatic complexity, without forcing. The result is two `DOCG` wines that tell the story of the same hillside from two complementary perspectives, dry and sweet, rooted in the same Veronese soil composition.
