Az. Agr. Cresta Valter operates within the Asti DOCG, the Piedmontese sparkling wine denomination that spans fifty-one municipalities among the Moscato hills. The leading grape variety is Moscato bianco, complemented by other aromatic white grapes permitted by the regulations: a base that carries the floral and citrusy bouquet typical of the area. From this material, the company produces a range that extends beyond the well-known sweet sparkling wine. Alongside the spumante, there is a Metodo Classico version, which relies on long contact with the yeasts for a more taut and complex interpretation, and still whites, where the aromaticity of Moscato expresses itself without the play of bubbles. Each wine respects the denomination's parameters, with a minimum alcohol content of 11.5% and at least one month of aging.
