The most singular pivot is `Vernaccia nera di Serrapetrona`, a versatile grape that the winery shapes in two directions, `spumante` and red, offering a dual interpretation of the same material. Alongside this, their work with `Verdicchio` spans its two historic poles—Matelica and Castelli di Jesi—with `Riserva` versions aged for no less than eighteen months, a period that softens the bitter note and extends the wine's breadth. `Cònero` completes the red wine picture, with `Montepulciano` and `Sangiovese` composing a profile of dark fruit and measured tannins.
