AZ. AGR. INTROVIGNE ANTONIO

In Fontanelle, in the Treviso area, Introvigne Antonio oversees two of the most representative denominations of eastern Veneto. The white Lison wines, crafted from Tai and complementary varieties, seek the mineral precision of the area and start with a minimum alcohol content of 12%. The red Piave Malanotte wines, based on Raboso Piave with measured additions of Raboso veronese, require thirty-six months in oak to complete their evolution: from ruby to garnet, towards a spicy profile sculpted by time. Two grape varieties, two timelines, two interpretations of the same stretch of Venetian plain. The choice to work with these contiguous yet temperamentally distinct denominations — the mineral immediacy of the white against the tannic patience of the red — reveals the expressive breadth of a terroir that can be both taut and long-lived. It is a double portrait where the evolutionary potential of Raboso and the crispness of Tai coexist without overlapping.
