La Dogliola di Alberto Quarello cultivates within the Brachetto d'Acqui DOCG, a denomination that extends over twenty-six municipalities in Piedmont and is among the most distinctive areas in the national landscape. The project revolves around a single grape variety, Brachetto, recognizable for its pronounced aromatic profile and a fine-grained natural effervescence. Around this foundation, the winery explores the entire spectrum of the variety: from dry red versions to sweet passito wines, each a measure of the climate and soil of the Acqui area.
