Az. Agr. Roncari Alessandro

Az. Agr. Roncari Alessandro is located in San Pietro in Cariano, within the DOCG zone that encompasses nineteen municipalities of Valpolicella. From here, the winery crafts two expressions that share the same indigenous Veronese grapes—Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella—yet embark on opposite journeys. The Amarone is the dry red, a true symbol of the territory: aged for at least twenty-four months, it reaches fourteen degrees alcohol and builds a structure that demands time and patience. The Recioto, made from the same varieties, remains on the sweeter side, available as a *passito* or *spumante*, deriving its complexity from the concentration of sugars. These two wines are born from the same *appassimento* process and are separated only by fermentation: one completes fully, while the other stops, leaving residual sugar. In both, one recognizes the same dedication to controlled maturation and structural definition, a hallmark that unites the production of this Valpolicella cellar and defines its stylistic signature across the entire range.
