AZ. AGR. VIGNA DOGARINA SRL

From Salgareda, in northeastern Veneto, Vigna Dogarina brings together two denominations that tell of opposing registers from the same territory. The Lison DOCG is the white wine side: Tai and authorized complementary grape varieties, cultivated across the provinces of Treviso, Venice, and Pordenone, yield the mineral clarity that defines this border area. It is a wine of precision, where transparency matters more than power. The other cornerstone reverses the perspective. The Piave Malanotte DOCG entrusts Raboso Piave and regional red varieties with a structure built over time: at least thirty-six months of aging before the wine finds its balance, taming the robust tannin of the grape without blunting its identity. Between a white that thrives on tension and a red that thrives on waiting, the winery outlines a coherent oenological geography, anchored to two DOCG designations that are explicitly local expressions. Neither offers shortcuts, and it is precisely this that makes the producer's hand on the Piave so legible.
