🏡 Tastings & visitsAmarone della Valpolicella DOCGRecioto della Valpolicella DOCG

In Sant'Ambrogio di Valpolicella, within the Classica zone, Az. Agricola Coali - Tenuta Savoia operates on a deliberately small scale, dedicating its rows to two expressions that share the art of *appassimento*. Both are born from Corvina-based grapes left to rest until their sugars concentrate: Amarone, dry and powerful, ages for at least twenty-four months before revealing its structure; Recioto, which retains the sweetness of the same method, is its meditative counterpart. A philosophy of sustainability and biodiversity protection revolves around these two wines, with artisanal methods that follow the rhythm of the Veronese hills. Visitors to the cellar will find more than just a tasting: the journey begins among the rows, continues in the rooms where the grapes dry, and culminates in the tasting, where the red wines meet local cheeses and cured meats. Book a visit to walk through the vineyards and, glass after glass, read the terroir of one of Veneto's most recognizable villages.
