Az. Agricola Dolcevera di Marco Benedetti

Agricola Dolcevera, focusing on the two most demanding expressions of the territory: Amarone and Recioto della Valpolicella, both DOCG. These two wines are born from the same process—the appassimento of grapes—but take opposite paths, one towards dry power, the other towards sweetness. Corvina and Rondinella are the base grape varieties, and the geological peculiarities of this hilly strip become the raw material for reds that age for at least twenty-four months.
