In Colognola ai Colli, on the Veronese hills, Az. Agricola Fasoli Gino links its production to just two Valpolicella denominations: Amarone and Recioto, both DOCG. Behind these two labels lies a journey initiated in 1984 towards organic and regenerative practices, designed to maintain soil fertility in vineyards the family has known for generations. Corvina Veronese, Corvinone, and Rondinella are the grapes that translate this work into the glass: Amarone in its dry and powerful form, Recioto in its sweet appassimento version, two opposite outcomes derived from the same grape left to rest.
