Az. agricola Montezovo

Az. agricola Montezovo cultivates the slopes above Caprino Veronese, on the Venetian side of Lake Garda, where Bardolino Superiore DOCG builds its profile. A single denomination, entrusted to two varieties that find ideal conditions here: Corvina veronese, which provides color and vibrancy, and Rondinella, which completes the texture with balance. From this encounter, medium-bodied red wines are born, far from opulence and close to the equilibrium suggested by the Garda territory. Time intervenes discreetly: each vintage rests for at least twelve months before release, an aging process that allows the wine to gain compactness without losing freshness, with a minimum alcohol content of 12%. It is a Bardolino that prioritizes finesse over power, faithful to the character of the hillside.
