AZ. AGRICOLA TAURINO COSIMO S.S.

Since 1970, on the soils of the DOC Salice Salentino in Guagnano, Azienda Agricola Taurino Cosimo has cultivated Negroamaro and other black grape varieties that define the wine-growing Salento. Seven generations have solidified a family winemaking tradition that today translates into reds, rosés, and whites, obtained through traditional fermentations and a rigorous selection of the harvest. The modern winery houses wines of strong and generous character, built on a direct relationship with the land and a measured viticultural discipline. Here, the agricultural gesture precedes technique: the character of the bottles is born first in the vineyard, in the way the Puglian soil imparts concentration and warmth.
