Az .Vitivi. Satragno Giovanni

In Loazzolo, in the Asti area, Giovanni Satragno runs his estate within a single, broad denomination: Asti, with controlled guarantee, extending over fifty-one municipalities where aromatic white wines find their home. The base is Moscato bianco, a grape that carries its perfume even before the sip, and from which different styles are born here—still wines, sparkling wines (spumante), and traditional method (metodo classico) versions—each bound by the prescribed minimum aging times. The producer's hallmark lies in a work without concessions to decorativism: not the aroma displayed as an effect, but the protected origin read as discipline. In the glasses, the denomination reveals itself for what it is, a system built on coherence and measure, where the variety of types does not disperse the grape variety's identity but rather articulates it. It's a dry interpretation of a territory often associated with easy sweetness, and precisely for this reason, useful for understanding its structure.
