Azienda Agricola Antoniazzi Dario

🏡 Tastings & visitsConegliano Valdobbiadene - Prosecco DOCG

Dario Antoniazzi runs his farm on the slopes of Colle Mondragon, in Corbanese di Tarzo, amidst the hills recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Here, four generations have cultivated Glera and old local grape varieties, and today the work continues as a family: Dario oversees production with his wife Sara and daughter Gaia, a close-knit team that combines vineyard and cellar decisions. The sole denomination, Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG, becomes the canvas where this territorial identity is translated into the bottle, vintage after vintage. The family management is not just a biographical detail: it's how character and consistency are preserved on a steep slope, where every row demands manual labor. Colle Mondragon also offers the rare advantage of closely observing the link between slope, exposure, and wine. The company welcomes visitors: it's worth the climb to experience the rows and taste the Superiore where it originates, alongside those who produce it.
