On the heights of Vietri sul Mare, Patrizia Malanga's estate cultivates vines and olive trees organically, nestled within the Cilento landscape. Its five denominations are divided into two families. On one side, the wines: the Castel San Lorenzo DOC and Cilento DOC, and the Colli di Salerno IGT and Paestum IGT, where Aglianico and Piedirosso create complex reds, and lighter rosés highlight the area's mineral signature. On the other, the Cilento DOP extra virgin olive oil, pressed from the estate's trees, completes a portfolio entirely rooted in the Campanian terroir. What unites the wine and oil is a consistent organic approach, applied to Southern grape varieties and cultivars rather than an imported model.
