AZIENDA AGRICOLA BOCCADIGABBIA DI ALESSANDRI ELVIDIO

Castelli di Jesi Verdicchio Riserva DOCGCònero DOCGVerdicchio di Matelica Riserva DOCG+1

The estate's roots delve into one of the 'hundred farms' that the Napoleonic administration of Civitanova organized two centuries ago: a chapter of modern agriculture still evidenced today by the ceramic plaque embedded in the farmhouse, bearing the crowned 'N' of the Bonapartes. Upon this legacy, Alessandri Elvidio has built a work of technique and patience, where every vinification seeks structure and aromatic complexity. There are four denominations, all from Marche and all in the DOCG category. The rare Vernaccia Nera di Serrapetrona, a dark-skinned grape, is presented in both sparkling (spumante) and still (ferma) versions; the Cònero, crafted from Montepulciano and Sangiovese, requires at least twenty-four months before release. Completing the white wine selection are two Verdicchio Riserva wines—from Matelica and Castelli di Jesi—aged eighteen months in bottle. It's a range that spans long-lived reds, long-breathing whites, and the unique sparkling character of Vernaccia, a testament to how Marche can speak different languages from the same vineyard.
