AZIENDA AGRICOLA BORGOGNO SERIO, BOFFA FEDERICA E BOLLA EMANUELA SOCIETA' SEMPLICE
Barolo · Province of Cuneo · Piemonte
In the Cannubi area of Barolo, the winery led by Federica Boffa and Emanuela Bolla works with four denominations, all bearing the DOCG mark. Two are born from Nebbiolo—Barolo and Barbaresco, the most demanding reds of the Langhe—and two from Dolcetto, Dogliani and Dolcetto di Diano d'Alba, which are more immediate in character. The balance is built on time and grape variety. Barolo, in particular, requires thirty-eight months of aging before release, a journey that builds structure and complexity; alongside it, the Dolcetto wines offer a more direct expression of the same territory. This range covers two registers of Piedmontese viticulture without ever leaving the highest classification tier. The winery is open all year for tastings and direct sales, on weekdays and weekends alike: those who wish to explore these four DOCG wines side by side can book a cellar visit and taste them on site, right where Nebbiolo and Dolcetto are cultivated.
