AZIENDA AGRICOLA BOTTONE ANGELINA

Along the Salerno terroir, Azienda Agricola Bottone Angelina brings together five denominations: four related to wine and one to extra virgin olive oil, Cilento DOP. Wine production is distributed across the Cilento and Castel San Lorenzo areas and the broader geographical indications of Paestum and Colli di Salerno, a range that reflects the variety of the southern Campanian landscape. In the vineyard, native and regional grape varieties are cultivated, from Aglianico and Piedirosso to Barbera and Primitivo, expressed in red, rosé, and white wines. Each type adheres to the minimum alcohol levels set by the disciplinary regulations, ranging between 10.0 and 11.5%, a modest measure that places these wines in an everyday register rather than one of ostentation. Alongside the bottles, Cilento DOP oil offers shades from green to yellow and a distinct spicy note, a sensory signature of the olives from the region. The portfolio tells the story of a multi-faceted territory, where hill and plain denominations coexist, and oil and wine share the same farming hand and the same Salerno horizon.
