Casa di Monte traces its origins to the late 19th century in Montespertoli, when Angelo Oreste Simoncini began agricultural production in his home village. Today, the estate crafts Chianti DOCG from Sangiovese and complementary Tuscan varieties, with wines reaching minimum 11.5% alcohol. Visitors ascend the property's tasting tower for panoramic views across the hills where grapes ripen, connecting wine directly to its source landscape. The winery welcomes tastings year-round.
