Azienda Agricola Cavaliere Francesco brings together five denominations from the Salernitano region under a single name, distributed between olive oil and wine. On the olive oil side, it produces Cilento DOP extra virgin olive oil, with green-yellow hues and a peppery finish; on the enological front, it moves between four references: the two DOCs of Castel San Lorenzo and Cilento, and the two IGTs of Colli di Salerno and Paestum, which together cover a good part of the most recognizable terroirs of southern Campania. The portfolio's logic is to oversee the entire expressive range of black grape varieties suitable for the Salernitano climate, from more structured reds to lighter, more agile versions linked to the coast. It is an endeavor where territorial typicality does not remain a declaration of intent but becomes a parameter of daily work, measured denomination by denomination. Not open to visitors, the winery lets its labels and DOP oil speak for themselves, called upon to testify to how dense and articulated the map of protected origins is in this corner of Campania.
