In San Cipriano Picentino, where the coastal hills of Campania descend towards the Salerno area, Azienda Agricola Cerrella cultivates an unusually broad range: five protected denominations that encompass both wine and olive oil. On the wine front, the two local DOCs, Castel San Lorenzo and Cilento, based on Barbera, Sangiovese, and Aglianico, coexist with the two broader IGTs, Colli di Salerno and Paestum, which offer further scope. Completing the picture is Cilento DOP olive oil, with a color between green and yellow and a signature peppery note. Guided by a philosophy that combines traditional cultivation and innovation, Cerrella follows the seasonal rhythms of the vineyard and olive grove with a personal touch, without flattening the five souls of its production.
