AZIENDA AGRICOLA COCOZZA GIUSEPPE

Giuseppe Cocozza cultivates along Campania's wine arc, from the temperate hills of Castel San Lorenzo to the sea-facing slopes of Cilento. His work is distributed across five protected denominations, intertwining DOC and IGT registers with a DOP: reds built on Barbera and Sangiovese converse with expressions that highlight Aglianico and Coda di Volpe, in a range that covers the Salerno coastline from Paestum to the inland hills. This breadth is not dispersion, but control of microclimates: each wine is born from a calibrated alcoholic balance and a precise terroir, interpreted province by province along the coast. Cocozza thus acts as a winemaker of territorial synthesis, capable of holding together municipal denominations, broader geographical indications, and a protected designation of origin. The result is a bottled map of Southern Campania, where each origin yields a different fragment of the wine landscape between Salerno and Cilento.
