In the vineyards around Jesi, Azienda Agricola Collemino' gathers inherited knowledge across four DOCG denominations. The impetus arose from a domestic question—why don't we bottle it ourselves?—which brothers Angelo and Rossano, supported by Maria Teresa Cacciamani's determination, transformed into a business. Since then, the estate has operated across an unusually broad range for a single territory. There are the noble whites: the Verdicchio in riserva, from Matelica and Castelli di Jesi, with mineral profiles that aging brings to full complexity. There is Cònero, a structured red blend that holds the opposite end of the spectrum. And there is the rarity that marks the house—Vernaccia di Serrapetrona, one of Italy's few red sparkling wines, produced here with natural ease. Four DOCGs that, instead of dispersing, paint a coherent portrait of the Marche wine region: mineral in the whites, tannic in the red, and surprising in the dark sparkling wine.
