Azienda Agricola di Graziano Prà Sas

In Monteforte d'Alpone, on the Veronese hills, Graziano Prà crafts two great *appassimento* reds from Valpolicella: Amarone and Recioto, both DOCG. His research revolves around the indigenous grape varieties of the territory—Corvina Veronese, Corvinone, and Rondinella—allowing the soil and the season's progression to dictate the character of each vintage, without artificial intervention.
