AZIENDA AGRICOLA DI PALMA CHIARA

Azienda Agricola di Palma Chiara operates among the terroirs of southern Campania, combining two crafts, olive oil and wine, distributed across five denominations. From the olive oil side comes Cilento DOP, an extra virgin olive oil with a green-yellow hue and a distinctly spicy finish, a direct expression of the Cilento coast and its soils. On the enological front, the range opens across four areas. Castel San Lorenzo and Cilento, both DOC, host red and rosé expressions, where Barbera and Aglianico dictate structure and temperament; on a broader scale, the IGT Paestum and Colli di Salerno expand the range of possibilities. The thread connecting oil and wine is the landscape: the volcanic soils and Mediterranean climate that characterize this stretch of coastline are reflected in the spiciness of the oil and the texture of the wines. Every bottle works in the same direction: to translate the character of a precise place, where the proximity between vineyard and olive grove tells a single story of the countryside.
