Azienda Agricola di Procaccini Rosanna spans the Marche wine landscape with four guaranteed denominations distributed across seventeen zones. Verdicchio, in the Matelica and Castelli di Jesi reserves, sets the standard for long-aging whites. The reds of Cònero combine Montepulciano and Sangiovese and require twenty-four months before release, a testament to their structure. A distinct case is Vernaccia di Serrapetrona, made from Vernaccia nera: the still version remains faithful to the Serrapetrona tradition, while the sparkling version is dosed to a minimum of 11.5% alcohol.
