Azienda Agricola Domenici Antonella operates a five-hectare farm in the heart of Sabina, Roma, devoted almost entirely to olive cultivation. The estate works five traditional varieties—Carboncella, Salviana, Leccino, Rosciola, and Olivastro—each contributing to the signature character of their Sabina DOP extra virgin oil. That yellowy-green liquid, shot through with golden tinges, captures the terroir of this historic zone. Visitors and tasters are welcomed year-round at the winery to experience the landscape and oils firsthand.
