Azienda Agricola Donatella Campisi tends eleven hectares of Femminello lemon groves along the Cassibile coast, where Siracusa's mineral-rich soil and maritime microclimate deliver concentrated acidity and perfume. Founded in 2014 as a family operation rooted in generations of citrus stewardship, the farm harvests year-round across three seasons—Primofiore, Bianchetto, and Verdello—each with distinct ripeness profiles. Every fruit meets IGP Limone di Siracusa standards and feeds both direct sales and the production of Limoncello, the region's signature spirit distilled from sun-dried peel.
