AZIENDA AGRICOLA GIORDANO GIOVANNI
Between the Cilento hills and the Castel San Lorenzo area, Azienda Agricola Giordano Giovanni brings together five Campanian denominations that tell a double story: that of wine and that of oil. The Cilento DOC reds, built on Aglianico and Piedirosso, offer structure and smooth tannins, while the Paestum and Colli di Salerno IGTs lean towards fresher, more immediate profiles. Completing the picture is the Castel San Lorenzo denomination, rooted in an inland strip of the Salerno area. The register changes with the Cilento DOP extra virgin olive oil, with its verdant hue and herbaceous bite: it is here that the company measures its farming vocation, between oil mill and cellar, within one of the most recognizable terroirs of Southern Italy. Five denominations for a single territory read in depth, where winemaking and olive pressing coexist as two faces of the same landscape. The portfolio does not pursue variety for its own sake, but the coherence of an area capable of expressing itself both in the glass and in the olive.
