The reference is a single denomination, Cerasuolo di Vittoria DOCG—the only one at the pinnacle of the Sicilian pyramid—which here becomes the exclusive field of action for the cantina. The vino is born from the encounter between Nero d'Avola and Frappato, two varietà that complement each other: structure and color from one, vibrancy and aroma from the other, resulting in characterful reds subjected to at least eight months of affinamento. On the soils of the Iblei, the approach combines the agricultural heritage of the area with a contemporary technical rigor, the precision that now marks the most attentive Sicilian viticulture.
