In the Salerno hills, Azienda Agricola Grimaldi Gianmaria navigates five protected denominations, an unusually broad spectrum for a single entity. These include Cilento in its dual role as DOP and DOC, Castel San Lorenzo DOC, and the two geographical indications Paestum and Colli di Salerno. This provides access to a palette of grape varieties—Barbera, Aglianico, Piedirosso, Primitivo, Coda di Volpe—covering the entire chromatic spectrum of wine. This multiplicity is the producer's distinctive trait.
