AZIENDA AGRICOLA IMPERATI SERAFINA

Azienda Agricola Imperati Serafina oversees southern Cilento with a portfolio that brings together five denominations, olive oil and wine under the same sky. From the olive groves comes Cilento DOP, an extra virgin olive oil with a greenish-yellow color and a fruity aroma, marked by the bitter-spicy signature required by the regulations. It is the product that gives identity to the company even before the wine. On the viticultural side, the range is articulated across four designations: the structured reds of Cilento DOC and Castel San Lorenzo DOC, and the freer, fresher expressions of Paestum IGT and Colli di Salerno IGT. Here, the palette is regional — Barbera, Aglianico, and the indigenous Piedirosso — interpreted between the discipline of DOC and the greater flexibility of IGT. The result is a coherent snapshot of viticultural Cilento, where the same hand that governs the olive grove interprets a wide ampelographic range, held together by the continuity of the territory rather than the uniformity of styles.
