Rosa Ingenito operates across four wine designations spanning the Salerno region, from the compact Castel San Lorenzo to the expansive Colli di Salerno, working with indigenous varieties including Aglianico and Piedirosso. The estate also produces Cilento DOP extra virgin olive oil, pressed from fruit selected for its distinctive green-to-yellow hue and pronounced bitter-spicy finish.
