In Castagnole delle Lanze, the Asti territory slips between Langa and Monferrato, drawing hilly profiles that La Celestina translates into the glass. The winery works with Moscato bianco and aromatic white grape varieties, destined for both sparkling and still wines: in both, the minerality that the soil imparts to the roots emerges, a common thread of the sole denomination they oversee, Asti DOCG. Founded by Gianni and Gabriele, the winery combines inherited winemaking tradition with a methodical search for balance. The result is bottles marked by acacia honey and an echo of high mountains, where minimal aging protects aromatic clarity. The alcohol, kept at 11.5%, allows fragrance and freshness to guide the sip, delivering a Moscato that focuses on lightness rather than power. The winery is not open for visits and tells its story entirely through the clean clarity of the glass, where the imprint of the soil remains the most legible feature.
