Azienda Agricola Muzio Aldo

On the hills of Sestri Levante, in that stretch of the Riviera between Portofino and the Cinque Terre, Azienda Agricola Muzio Aldo has cultivated Taggiasca olive groves for four generations. The 2024–25 harvest marks a significant transition: the company's first Riviera Ligure DOP oil, an extra virgin with a sweet and fruity profile that concludes a journey begun years earlier. It is the result of cultivation based on respect for natural cycles, where certification arrives as recognition of an already practiced method rather than a commercial goal. By focusing on a single denomination, the producer links their identity to an oil that combines the character of Taggiasca with the organic choice, offering buyers a product designed for quality rather than quantity, rooted in an impervious Ligurian slope and cultivated with care.
