Along the Syracuse coastal strip, Azienda Agricola Scuderi di Renard Mathilde cultivates Femminello within the municipalities regulated by the Limone di Siracusa IGP specifications. Production knows no single season: it is distributed throughout the year, alternating the winter vigor of Primofiore, the spring sweetness of Bianchetto, and the summer intensity of Verdello. Thus, from a single variety, three expressions are born, each linked to the harvest time and the terroir that accompanies it. The coastal climate defines the character of the fruit: the sea air, rich in minerals, imparts to the juice the brilliance and acidity that distinguish this IGP from lemons produced elsewhere in the Mediterranean.
