In Castiglione Tinella, where the Langa descends towards Monferrato, Azienda Agricola Teresa Soria cultivates Moscato Bianco on heroically steep slopes, just minutes from Canelli, the cradle of Italian sparkling wine in the late 19th century. The Asti DOCG denomination frames this work, built upon an aromatic grape variety and calcareous soils arranged in terraced rows.
