Azienda Agricola Zoccola Carla covers some of the most recognized areas of southern Campania, distributed across five denominations and fifty-eight municipalities with an agricultural vocation. On the wine front, the regulations of Castel San Lorenzo and Cilento coexist with the broader scope of IGT Colli di Salerno and Paestum: here, Barbera and Sangiovese create structured reds, Aglianico and Piedirosso push towards deeper expressions, while Coda di Volpe ensures fresh whites. The fifth denomination changes subject matter. It is the extra virgin olive oil Cilento DOP, with its green-yellow hues and a recognizable peppery note, which extends the farm's identity from the vineyard to the olive grove without changing philosophy. Bringing together wine and oil under different protected origins means interpreting the territory as a single system, where Aglianico and olive oil cultivars respond to the same landscape. The result is a two-voiced portrait of southern Campania, rooted in a heritage that the producer fully oversees rather than specializing in a single product.
