Aversa DOCFalerno del Massico DOCGalluccio DOC+2

In the volcanic soils of Casertano, in Sessa Aurunca on the slopes of Monte Massico, Azienda Consiglio oversees five denominations: three DOCs—the renowned Falerno del Massico, the white Aversa, and Galluccio—alongside two IGTs, Terre del Volturno and Roccamonfina. This range covers distinct microclimates, all linked by a common thread: the ancient lava that enriches every harvest. Falerno harks back to the wine Roman emperors considered among the finest reds; the coastal Aversa responds with the ethereal profiles of Asprinio. In between, the portfolio spans from reds with at least 12 months of aging to delicate whites exceeding 10% alcohol, relying on grape varieties deeply rooted in the territory—Aglianico, Piedirosso, Coda di Volpe. Each denomination retains its own distinct character, and the estate brings them together without flattening them: five separate appellations, each with its personality, read as pieces of a single volcanic mosaic stretching between Massico and the Volturno coast.
