In Agropoli, in the Cilento area of Salerno, Azienda Vitivinicola Polito Vincenzo oversees a heritage of five denominations: four wine classifications, including DOC and IGT — Castel San Lorenzo, Cilento, Colli di Salerno, and Paestum — and the Cilento DOP for olive oil. This range brings together two of the territory's vocations, viticulture and olive growing, under a single company identity. On the wine front, the winery focuses on indigenous and suitable grape varieties — Aglianico, Piedirosso, Barbera, Sangiovese — distributed across the different classifications to produce reds, whites, and rosés.
