For over fifty years, Baccichetto has cultivated Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, and other Friuli classics across its vineyards in Precenicco. The family's evolution from grower to producer reflects a deliberate balance: modern training systems and contemporary practices coexist with traditional bellussera techniques that define the left bank of the Piave. Their delle Venezie DOC whites—from ramato to Tocai friulano—capture the region's mineral character while respecting decades of viticultural knowledge.
