🏡 Tastings & visitsConegliano Valdobbiadene - Prosecco DOCG

The Baldi story unfolds on the hills of the Treviso area, where the Prosecco Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG finds its chosen zone. The starting point is 1938, when grandfather Ubaldo opened a grappa distillery; from there, over three generations, the family transitioned from spirits to wine, bringing an already formed craft and sensibility to the hills. Today, the project revolves around a single denomination, crafted with Glera alongside grape varieties like Verdiso and other local grapes. This yields expressions of still white, frizzante, and spumante, each conceived as an interpretation of the hilly terroir rather than a commercial format. Visits are by appointment: guests tour the cellar and follow the journey from grape to bubble, through fermentations and aging. Those who wish to understand this corner of Treviso can book a visit and taste the wines on site, comparing the three styles and tracing the thread that connects Ubaldo's old grappa to today's Prosecco.
