His father Giovanni broke from tradition to plant vines and modernize the cellar; Ennio, university-trained, has extended that vision through updated production processes and technological investment. The winery now commands Lison DOCG—where Tai and compatible white varieties reach 12% alcohol—and Piave Malanotte DOCG, where Raboso reds mature for 36 months minimum. Each vintage reflects decades of land acquisition and cellar renewal.
